VAV MinistriesGiving

Gifts of every kind

Give what God places on your heart.

Generosity is an invitation, never pressure. VAV may receive financial and noncash gifts that can faithfully serve the ministry—after careful review, clear authority and responsible stewardship.

Our posture

Faithful, grateful and never aggressive.

“Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion.”
2 Corinthians 9:7

VAV will make giving pathways understandable and available without allowing fundraising pressure to overshadow prayer, teaching, care, worship or service.

What may be considered

Resources placed into Kingdom service.

These categories are examples, not limits. A person may propose another item, property, service or resource. Every category begins with review rather than promised acceptance.

Eden Ranches • Developing

Land and places of restoration.

VAV is planning for Eden Ranches beginning in Arizona and Texas. Property, acreage, ranches, retreat settings and related equipment may be considered for future ministry use, but no location is represented as acquired, operating or approved until authoritative evidence and leadership approval exist.

Property review
  • Verified ownership, title and authority to transfer
  • Liens, debt, restrictions, easements and mineral or water rights
  • Zoning, permitted use, access, utilities and development feasibility
  • Environmental, structural, safety and accessibility review
  • Insurance, taxes, maintenance and total carrying cost
  • Independent legal, tax and professional guidance as appropriate

Acceptance pathway

A conversation is not an acceptance.

No vehicle, property, equipment, cryptocurrency or other asset becomes VAV property until authorized review and transfer are complete.

  1. 01

    Begin a conversation

Share a general description without sending titles, wallet keys, financial credentials or unnecessary personal information.

  2. 02

    Ministry-fit review

VAV evaluates the proposed gift, intended purpose, restrictions, costs and whether it can be faithfully used or responsibly handled.

  3. 03

    Due diligence

Appropriate title, lien, condition, valuation, insurance, environmental, zoning, tax, custody and professional reviews occur before acceptance.

  4. 04

    Written decision

Only authorized leadership may approve acceptance, restrictions, transfer terms, receipt handling and the responsible ministry or fund.

  5. 05

    Transfer & evidence

Ownership, provider confirmation, custody and acknowledgment are recorded only after the approved transfer is complete.

Photos & supporting information

Share details only after VAV requests them.

The first step asks only for a general description. If VAV is interested, the assigned reviewer may open a secure, expiring upload request for the specific information needed.

Secure upload request

Photos and files

Invitation required • Upload inactive

  • Exterior, interior, condition and identification photos
  • Service history, inventory or appraisal documents when requested
  • Title or property records only through the approved restricted channel
  • File type, size, malware and sensitive-data screening before access
Files will never be placed in email, GitHub, public analytics or ordinary website logs.

Valuation, receipts & tax boundaries

VAV acknowledges gifts. Donors determine tax treatment with their advisors.

VAV will not promise a deduction, determine a donor’s tax result or casually assign a value to donated property. Noncash gifts, qualified vehicles and digital assets can have special acknowledgment, valuation, appraisal and reporting requirements.

Any acknowledgment will describe what VAV actually received and whether goods or services were provided in return. The donor remains responsible for independent valuation, required forms and professional tax or legal advice.

Security

Never send keys, passwords or titles through a public form.

VAV will use verified provider-hosted or professional transfer channels. The website will never request cryptocurrency seed phrases or private keys, online-banking passwords, full tax identifiers or unrestricted title documents through ordinary intake.

Proposed gifts remain pending until transfer evidence is confirmed. Cryptocurrency intent, wallet transaction, provider confirmation, custody and disposition remain separate governed records.

Pathway in preparation

Begin with a conversation.

The dedicated asset-gift intake and secure upload invitations are not active. Until governance is approved, use the general connection pathway or call the main ministry line without sending sensitive documents.
