Honor the body. Renew the mind. Walk with Jesus.
A daily Jesus-centered approach to prayer, healing, whole-food nourishment, movement, healthy rhythms and responsible whole-person care, grounded in the belief that the body is a temple of the Holy Spirit.
The purpose
Rapha Life | Jesus-Centered Health & Wholeness
Rapha Life helps people pursue healing and stewardship of body, mind and spirit through prayer, Scripture, minimally processed and responsibly sourced food, exercise, rest, natural-living wisdom and appropriate professional care. VAV favors creation-rooted practices while testing health claims carefully and never promising an outcome or replacing necessary medical care.
