From revelation to transformation—ascending in power through God’s sacred counsel.
VAV’s foundational discipleship arm helps people discover their identity in Christ, grow in Scripture and prayer, walk in Christ-given authority, stand faithfully in daily spiritual battles and prepare to help others grow. Its name joins Dunamis, Aliyah, Sôd, Orah and Dabar/Davar: power, ascent, sacred counsel, light and the living Word.

DASOD creates an accessible beginning for new and returning believers and a continuing path for growing disciples: encounter Jesus, understand identity in Christ, practice His Word, recognize the schemes of the devil, stand in truth and love, learn in community, ask honest questions and mature toward serving and discipling others—ascending in power through the sacred counsel and light of the living Word.

The meaning within the name
DASOD carries the movement of discipleship.
The name intentionally brings together Greek and Hebrew word roots. Each letter helps express the journey from revelation into a life formed by God’s power, counsel, light and Word.

DASOD welcomes people who are new to following Jesus, returning to their foundations or ready to mature. The goal is not information alone, but a life connected to Christ that learns to stand faithfully and becomes able to strengthen others.

DASOD takes spiritual opposition seriously while keeping Jesus central. It does not teach people to diagnose every hardship, illness, disagreement or emotion as demonic; accuse other people; act outside Scripture; or replace appropriate medical, mental-health, safeguarding, legal or emergency help with spiritual language.
Christ-given authority is practiced through submission to God, truth, righteousness, faith, prayer, love, self-control and faithful obedience. Training, mentoring, teaching authority and ministry assignments remain subject to approved leadership and safeguarding.
