From interest to assignment

Participation is discerned and prepared.

  1. 01

    Identity & relationship

Match the person, ministry or organization in OXS without duplicate records.

  2. 02

    Faith & ministry alignment

Review testimony, doctrine, public ministry, content and event fit at the level appropriate to the role.

  3. 03

    Work samples & references

Request only relevant links, recordings, topics, technical riders, references or credentials.

  4. 04

    Terms & permissions

Document donated or paid status, expenses, travel, hospitality, recording, likeness, copyright, licensing and merchandise terms.

  5. 05

    Safety & production

Confirm schedule, supervision, sound limits, equipment, power, rigging, crowd plan, accessibility and safeguarding.

  6. 06

    Approval & assignment

An approved invitation, event role and scope are issued; an application alone is never a booking.

Contributor protection

Clear expectations protect the ministry and the artist.

VAV will distinguish donated service, honorarium, contracted performance, reimbursed expense and ministry partnership. No payment, travel, lodging, platform access, recording right or public announcement exists until approved in writing.

Private applications, references, unreleased work, legal names, tax records and agreements remain outside public analytics and general event rosters.
