VAV MinistriesGivingDonor stewardship & gift administration
VAV separates generosity, confirmed receipt, designation, acknowledgment and ministry impact so every gift can be handled with clarity and care.
One governing truth
A promise, recurring schedule, check in transit, pending card authorization, estate notice or proposed asset is not available money. Only verified transfer evidence can move a gift into confirmed status.
That distinction protects donors, leaders, ministry plans and financial reporting.
Gift lifecycle
A person expresses interest or records a nonbinding planned gift. No revenue or receivable is created.
A commitment is documented with its own terms and due dates, but it is not settled money.
A payment provider or transfer process has permission to proceed; funds are still not confirmed.
Provider, bank, custodian or transfer evidence proves what VAV actually received.
Financial review matches the gift, designation, deposit, fees, acknowledgment and accounting record.
Refunds, reversals, failed payments, returned assets and corrected designations remain traceable.
Complete administration
Timely, accessible records describing what was received, the confirmed date, designation and whether goods or services were provided in return.
General, ministry-arm, event, campaign and board-approved restricted purposes remain separate from internal budgets and actual spending.
One-time, weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly and annual schedules retain provider authorization, future controls and separate transaction evidence.
Honor or memorial instructions remain distinct from the financial gift, with separate consent before notifying anyone or publishing a name.
Donor, advisor, executor, trustee and estate contacts receive role-limited access without exposing unrelated family or beneficiary information.
Anonymous recognition, receipt delivery, contact channel, language, accessibility and communication consent are honored independently.
Future donor account
When secure giving and accounts are activated, My VAV will display only verified personal records and understandable status explanations.
No donor, payment or estate information is connected to this preview.
Role-based visibility
Only their own confirmed gifts, receipts, schedules and preferences after secure authentication.
Provider evidence, reconciliation, acknowledgments, restrictions, exceptions, refunds and audit history.
Approved aggregate fund availability and purpose—not private donor identity unless specifically authorized.
Governance-level totals, goals, restrictions, concentration, exceptions and approved reporting.
Only approved campaign totals and impact reporting; never private donor or payment data.
Protected stewardship
When giving activates, the website will pass only the information required for the selected gift into VAV’s protected stewardship system. A donor relationship will not expose volunteer, attendee, partner, prayer or pastoral information.
Provider evidence, fund restrictions, receipt versions, communications consent, access decisions and audit history remain governed records—not analytics events or source-code content.
Current availability
